This week at Escalla I have learnt how to use JavaScript, CSS and HTML and the uses of each when designing a webpage. I also enjoyed helping the others understand the content of this week as I knew a lot of it from high school and college.

I also learned PHP which acts as a middle man between databases and webservers which I did not know at the start of the week. Overall, this week has been useful for learning and developing my skills for different coding languages.

This week in work I have been taking support calls and resolving issues that come through. This has improved my understanding of the company because it forces me to ask questions when I am unsure of how to fix issues or what the process is to do so. I have also been added into the implementation team to start to try to fix some of the smaller queries. Both of these jobs have allowed me to develop my communication skills with external clients.
