This week in work I have been logging support tickets onto our crm for the support team to be able to resolve issues. Doing this developed my understanding of the crm and what we use it for.
I had also been tasked with creating an example version of our software which will be used to show a company what the capabilities of our software entails. This has given me an opportunity to show to myself what knowledge I have picked up in the first few weeks.
