This week at work I have been given a large project to work through throughout my apprenticeship. I will  be testing every skytouch profile on a new version of skytouch to see if it looks and functions correctly. I have also started working through the digital communications course on openlearn.
I completed some hardware testing too this week. I had to test 3 printers that had been sent back from a client who claimed that they would print slowly. To fix this issue I just needed to update the printer software to a later version.

This week in work I have been taking support calls and resolving issues that come through. This has improved my understanding of the company because it forces me to ask questions when I am unsure of how to fix issues or what the process is to do so. I have also been added into the implementation team to start to try to fix some of the smaller queries. Both of these jobs have allowed me to develop my communication skills with external clients.
