This week we finally managed to complete our citizenship project! The task handed to us was quite challenging due to the amount of design work needed and Sam being the only one comfortable using photo shop.  I enjoyed getting to know the others a lot more now people have started to talk.

Today in work I have finished my citizenship project report and completed the reading tasks I was assigned to complete before my next progress check.

This week in work I have been taking support calls and resolving issues that come through. This has improved my understanding of the company because it forces me to ask questions when I am unsure of how to fix issues or what the process is to do so. I have also been added into the implementation team to start to try to fix some of the smaller queries. Both of these jobs have allowed me to develop my communication skills with external clients.
