This week at escalla we did our induction. Although most of it was common sense and things I have already learnt with it being 5 months into my apprenticeship, I was good to refresh my knowledge of health and safety etc...

I did learn the British values, which I didn't know existed, which are: Democracy, Rule of law, Individual liberty and mutual respect. It was also interesting to see how easily some people would get radicalised online.

Throughout the week I completed my tests to gain certificates to show I am not bias in any way.
